What does it mean to be a "patriotic" Canadian and a follower of Jesus Who is Lord of Lord's?

If children are commanded to honour their father and mother, then parents should strive to live lives worthy of that honour.
"Honour your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the LORD your God is giving you." Exodus 20:12
Luke 16:13, "No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money."
Psalm 24:1 The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.
We are stewards for God.
All that we have for His glory. All that we are for His name. He is the owner and provider. We are the stewards and it all is to the glory of God.
What is the relation between our faith and finances? Does Jesus have anything to say about our money and how we use or abuse it?
Short answer: Yes.
Can you celebrate Thanksgiving in May? Giving thanks is an integral part of following Jesus.
